Terms & Conditions

General Terms

• Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is mandatory upon submission of the Proforma Invoice (Quotation). The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project and submission of the Tax Invoice.
• Project Timelines: The project timeline will be agreed upon during the proposal phase. Any delays caused by the client (e.g., late submission of materials) may result in adjusted timelines.
• Revisions:
  • Logo design includes three conceptual trials. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
  • Website development includes three revisions during the design phase. Beyond this, extra charges apply.
  • Monthly updates for websites are limited to one instance per month based on the plan. Additional updates will be charged separately.
• Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all website code, hosting credentials, domain details, and design files will be handed over to the client. Ayush Seth retains the right to showcase completed projects in his portfolio.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all shared materials, credentials, and information confidential during and after the project.

Website Development

• Plans and Pricing:
  • Company Website: ₹30,000 to ₹50,000.
  • E-commerce Website: ₹60,000 per year on Shopify or other platforms.
• Scope of Work: Websites are developed as per the approved proposal. Maintenance and support are provided as per the plan.
• Handover: All website files, login credentials, and documentation will be handed over upon project completion.
• Maintenance: One manual update per month is allowed based on the plan; additional requests will be billed separately.

Mobile App Development

• Pricing: ₹1,20,000 to ₹2,50,000.

Logo Designing

• Charges: ₹18,000 (fixed cost).
• Includes three trials. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
• Final files will be provided in multiple formats (PNG, JPEG, SVG) after full payment.

Social Media Management & Advertisement

• Social Media Management: ₹20,000 per month (fixed cost) for 10 photos and 5 videos.
• Facebook & Instagram Ads: ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 per month.
• Google Ads & Marketing: ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 per month.
• Monthly performance reports will be shared with the client.

Videography & Photography

• ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per day.
• Includes edited photos as per the client’s branding.

Additional Terms

• GST Compliance: All applicable GST will be included in invoices and must be paid timely by the client.
• Delayed Payments: Payments delayed beyond the agreed timeline will incur a late fee.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Projects canceled after initiation will forfeit the advance payment.
  • If work has commenced, the client is liable for the portion of the work completed.
• Dispute Resolution: All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh courts.
• Force Majeure: Ayush Seth shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond his control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
• Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide timely feedback, approvals, and materials to avoid project delays.
• Third-Party Services: Ayush Seth is not liable for issues arising from third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, domain registrars, Shopify/WordPress platform outages).
• Data Backup: Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data unless a backup service is included in the maintenance plan.
• Support Hours: Support services will be available Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM. Urgent support requests outside these hours may incur additional charges.
• Warranty Period: A 30-day warranty is provided for bug fixes and minor adjustments post-project completion. After this period, any changes will be billed separately.
• Marketing Deliverables: Social media management and ad deliverables will adhere to the approved schedule. Delays caused by the client will not adjust the monthly billing cycle.
• Non-Compete Clause: Clients agree not to replicate or share proprietary methodologies or designs created by Ayush Seth for competing purposes.

Acceptance

By engaging Ayush Seth’s services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions. Any additional agreements or modifications must be documented in writing and signed by both parties.
